The
Parrot Villa
The Parrot Villa is a self catering with stove a fridge. Spacious ocean view
three-bedroom, three-bathroom with hot and cold water, with it's own spacious
living room and dining room. There is a terrace overlooking the beach and
the pool with outdoor seating.(The Parrot Villa sleeps
6 people). To reserve the Parrot Villa, we require a confirmed reservation
one month in advance. All the rooms have safety deposit boxes, ceiling
fans. A cook and housekeeper is included in
the rate.

HOW OUR ROOMS GOT THEIR
NAMES
The
Parrot Villa- was built in 1965 as abeach house for William
and Gladys The
Parrot Villa got it's name
because of the love of birds by
our children
Love
Bird- This
was Daddy's and Mummy's room. It was a much smaller room
and was renovated when they
decided to open their home to their guests and friends
The
Parrot Suite- This
was like a dormitory for all the children
The
Blue Macaw- This
was the Kitchen, Living and dining room
The
Pelican- This
room was added to our property in 2002. Again the name
came from the quantity of
Pelicans that fly in front of the house.
The
Seahorse- We
love the look of the seahorse. Did
you know, that a sea horse chooses a mate for life?
The
Sea Breeze- This
room has an amazing breeze from
the sea as well as it could be calledthe "Tree House".
Holland- Is
the name of a sugar factory with acres
of cane fields just outside of Black River.It was once,
many years ago owned by two cousins. On
one summer evening, they were playing
cards and had had a bit too much
to drink and put Holland Estate up
as the stakes. And one cousin lost it to the other.
The
Cliff- This
house until today, stands in Mandeville. This is where
William was born in 1945.
Martin's
Hill- This
was a large property owned by William's
Grandfather in Mile Gully Manchester. It was at
Martin's Hill that William got his love for animals.
The
Dolphin- Rebecca,
our youngest daughter has a
tremendous love for Dolphins.
Sea
Shell- Our
children and grandchildren were always collecting sea
shells from our beach.
The
Pirate's Deck- This is our fun and unique room
